Ouch!
Damn my legs hurt! I don't know if was the bike* or my muscles** but the cycle to college was inexplicably difficult today, and the ride back just made it worse!
Plus my lecturer was off sick, so we were given a test, some revision and a couple of assignments to do, so I've come home to use the internet in peace.
* could have been the bike, it was making funny noises, and when I checked it over once I got to college I found the mud guard was pressing down on the tyre, making it ride like I had the brake on all the time
** could have been my muscles, complaining that LMD has woken up at 5am for the past three days!!!

Oh I have so been there, hauling my butt to school after the baby's been up all night. I'm so sorry. It will pass. Go have a good soak in the tub, light some candles, grab a drink and a good book. Thirty minutes of down time can do wonders!

I'm envious that you can bike to work this time of year. Some Ottawa residents do it, but I think they're nuts.
This morning I saw a guy biking somewhere. The conditions were slippery — freezing drizzle on top of a slushy road. And he was cycling with one hand, while carrying a coffee in the other!
I bike in the summer, and that can be dangerous enough.

It's a bugger when the 'gurad' presses on the tyre, makes the 'exceresize' so much more 'dificolt'. :-)

By the way tell Mr A to have a look at Simon's post on his comment.

Bah - I was tired you know!
It comes to something when a teacher who doesn't teach comes along & corrects the spellings in your diary:-)
I'll go edit them, just for you.
I've written my (first) rebuttal to Simon. Mr A is busy playing computer games right now, but I'm sure he'll get round to it.
