Hi dave - it's an electric car - about the size of a Smart, but A LOT cheaqper to run - costing approx £50 per yaer "fuel", no tax, no congestion charge, reduced or no parking charges in London and minimal insurance.
Of course it also has a top speed of 45mph and only goes 48 miles without a re-charge. Fine for London, but not much use in rural Somerset:-)
