No time to blog
Sorry for a blogless day, but busy running a Paeds 1st aid course all weekend.
I'll give you all a proper report tomorrow.
For now, here's some of the clever things my kids have learned to do over the past couple of weeks.....
Mstr A can beat Aggie on all his computer games (He He)
LMB can recite the whole alphabet and recognise about half the letters, and at least a dozen written words!
LMD can walk all round the house saying "step, step, step" with each step she takes:-)
Mstr A can swim a width on his front & back with floats (I know I've alread told you that, but I'm particularly proud of it!)
LMB can count to 10 in English and Spanish
LMD can drink out of a normal cup & eat yoghurt with a spoon
Mstr A can do tricks on his scooter including jumping on & off without losing momentum, jumping the scooter, and "hand-brake turns"
LMB can use a computer competantly, and knows how to turn it on, load her game, use a mouse and the keyboard, and shut it down properly at the end of her session.
LMD can sleep through the night:-)

Isn't it amazing how quickly kids pick things up once they get going? LMB is about the same age as Teagan (DD#1) and we were a bit worried because she wasn't speaking much....now we can't shut her up - lol!
She can't recite the whole alphabet yet - well not on her own anyway - she will copy each letter after us though. She can't recognise written words yet but can count - we count the stairs everytime we go out or come in to our flat. LOL. WOW, LBB counting in English and Spanish! Thats impressive! Does she watch Dora the explorer or is that you and Aggie teaching her?
LOL at Mstr A beating Aggie on the games - thats just too funny. Leigh would be really annoyed if/when Teagan starts beating him at games because he hates losing. LOL.
Yay to getting some sleep at night! We are not quite there yet....lol. You may have noticed that by the time I am commenting - 4.48am but I have been up with Teagan (and Savannah) since 1am. Teagan woke up, came through to my room and came into bed with me (Leigh was out drinking) and moaned/wriggled/talked until Savannah woke up again (just put her back down after feeding her...grrr.) Ended up just getting up with them both, Savannah is now asleep again and Teagan looks like she is falling asleep over there on the sofa, so its just me that going to be tired today....
Well done to all your kiddies for their achievements!
Take Care

"step, step, step"
*chuckle*
I think I'd be driving looney with that one.

(mind fart typo) ... driven, not driving ... although I may be tempted to jump in the van and drive far, far, away. *grin*
